The importance of transversal competences and proposed validation method, LEVEL5, was explained in Peniche, Portugal, on the 24^th of February. The meeting was organized by IPLeiria, partner in PROMOTE knowledge alliance project and attracted 20 motivated persons, among them teachers, pedagogic council members and administrative staff. Some of the participants will help in the application of the level 5 methodology during the implementation phase of the project this way extending IPLeiria’s team. Next meetings will be organized in a smaller team setting to prepare the following steps on the PROMOTE project.
