Inventory of competences

An inventory of aspired learning topics is established. The inventory has a scope of 3 key competences with 10 sub-competences each, ranging from social skills (e.g. customer orientation, team work) to organisational skills and competences (like leadership or self-management and other relevant skills and competences).
